Magnetic Moves charts need to be placed on a magnetic surface such as a fridge or small white board as noted in the product description.
If there is a fault with your product or damage upon arrival, please contact us and we can discuss options for refunds or replacements.
All orders are posted within 48 hours. Beyond this, regular Australia Post times to your destination will apply.
