Magnetic Moves endeavours to make our customer service experience as easy and simple as possible. We also make sure that our customers private details are held securely and are used for Magnetic Moves purposes only. Contact us if you have any further questions.
Magnetic Moves accept payment by debit and credit cards through paypal. Cheque or direct deposit will also be accepted. Please contact Magnetic Moves via email regarding these options.
Prices are in Australian dollars.
Magnetic Moves want you to be entirely happy with the goods you receive. If dissatisfied with an item, please contact us via email clearly stating the problem.
If returned the items must be received within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition and with labels still attached. Magnetic Moves reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is in anything less than perfect condition. Please obtain a certificate of posting if returning items and send to:

The cost of the item will be refunded to the customer using the same card with which the original purchase was made. Magnetic Moves are unable to refund postage, unless the item received proves to have a manufacturing fault.
Your details will never be passed on to a third party and you will not receive advertising from any other company through Magnetic Moves.
Items will be sent through Australia Post. Magnetic Moves will endeavour to ensure that your goods are posted within 2 days of the order being placed. If any delays should occur on a particular item the customer will be notified by e-mail.
The delivery charge of $6.50 applies for orders of up to 2 charts placed within Australia. If placing an order from outside Australia, please contact Magnetic Moves via e-mail regarding delivery costs.
The content of MagneticMoves.com.au including the logo, images, design and illustrations is owned by Magnetic Moves. Printing, copying or downloading the material for commercial use is prohibited.
